GOOD RETURN POLICY
We want you and your gift recipient to have a good experience and it's no good if either of you are not happy with your gift. We offer the following return policy:
- HOLIDAY RETURNS: Any purchase made after November 1st, 2018 can be returned for an exchange or store credit until January 15th, 2019.
- For a full refund or credit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the order (gift giver or gift recipient).
- All products must be in perfect condition with original packaging to be eligible for a full refund or credit. NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
- Unless the product is damaged, return shipping costs are at the recipient's own cost. We recommend you use a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
- We will arrange a refund, return or replacement on any goods that arrive in a faulty or damaged condition.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 4 business days after processing the return for the amount to appear in your account.
- If the gift recipient would like something else, a credit in the amount of the refund will be issued directly to them. Anything ordered with the credit will count as a new sale and regular shipping rates apply.
GOOD TO KNOW: Please keep in mind, most of the items we have in stock are handcrafted and variations will occur.
